1. Elemental assay for Suvarna (Gold) to be 4.32% to 5.92% in formulation is assured and Shastra Shuddha Suvarna Bhasma geneally has not less than 95% elemental gold.
2. Elemental assay for Tamra (Copper) to be 1.92% to 4.00% in formulation is assured and Shastra Shuddha Suvarna Bhasma geneally has not less than 55% elemental copper.
Suvarna Bhasmeekaran: Shodhit Suvarana (gold) processed wit Parada followed by Amrutikaran. Processed as per BBR5/8357 (Amrutikarankrut Parada marit Suvarna(Gold) Bhasma)
Dosage & Anupan:
1-2 tablets once or twice a day or as directed by the physician. Preferably consume with cow milk, sugar or cow ghee
Pathya (Preferred):
Diet: Shali rice, barley, wheat, green gram, meat/chicken soup, lukewarm water, sugar, honey, snake gourd, petha, pomegranate, amla
Life style: cool and pleasant surroundings, exposure to open air at night, wearing thin cotton cloth
Apthya (To be avoided):
Diet: Freshly grown grains, sour food, sesame, black gram, horse gram deep fried food, goat milk, coriander, salty food, heavy food, curd, alcohol etc.
Life style: Exposure to heat and the sun, keeping late nights, curbing the natural urges.
